Kara started singing in a church children’s choir at age 5 and they haven’t stopped yet! Kara performs their favorite emo jams with a Pop-Punk cover band called Limewire the Band. They are a lover of musical theatre, metal, and funk. Kara believes anyone can sing AND have fun singing! Students will find a creative, individualized, and playful space to explore the abilities of their voices. Probably expect a daily eye-roll-worthy pun from Kara, as well.

Kara does a wonderful job asking insightful questions to understand your motivations and how you like to learn. They have a knack for remembering something you said offhandedly in the first 45 seconds of a lesson, knowing that it was probably something important, and wrapping the exercises and practice back to those things that seem small but actually communicate quite a bit about who you are. And for Kara, who you are is definitely worth knowing!
