Isabella
Voice Instructor

Voice InstructorIsabella Ferrari
Master of Music in Vocal Pedagogy at Northeastern Illinois University
Isabella’s singing and performance has ranged from operatic to heavy metal and everything in between. They graduated from Butler University with a bachelor of musical arts, and from Northeastern Illinois University with their master’s degree in vocal pedagogy. She is an enthusiastic voice teacher who likes to make learning fun. In addition to teaching and performing, Isabella presents at voice pedagogy and education conferences on the effects of exogenous testosterone on the singing voice.
On a more personal note from TVL Owner, Liz:
When you need the kind of teacher who can connect SpongeBob references, MCR, voice science, and an awkward chuckle—Isabella’s got you. They embody metaldome in its best forms: disciplined practice, courage to try new things, outlandish creativity, and a healthy dose of silliness. Her expertise goes beyond singing, too: Isabella has been working in gender-affirming speech and voice feminization for several years, as well.
